Case Study: Miu Miu Brand Strategy


















For this formative assessment for Fashion Marketing and Consumer Insights, my group members and I were responsible for delivery a seven minute presentation to our cohorts on the brand strategy that Miu Miu currently employs.
I was solely responsible for the ‘Competitor Analysis’ section, focusing on their current market share compared to their competitors, projected Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), target market, an analysis of their competitive strategy, SWOT analysis, and their Market Attractiveness utilizing Porter’s Five Forces framework.
