Case Study: Prada Group and Miu Miu, Navigating Family Internationalization































As a part of the International Business Strategy, Management and Leadership course, I developed an understanding of globalization strategies which covered, localization and family business internationalization. I was also exposed to multiple leadership framework models, and organization culture frameworks. I conducted thorough research into the macro and micro trends happening within the luxury market, and the potential pinch points involved in expanding into new markets and the shifting priorities happening amongst consumers today. Based upon all my research, and the literature review grid I’ve created, I was able to consolidate my findings into 5 subsections to address each area regarding business strategy and internal company culture.
