Modern Workwear - Personal project for Contemporary RTW

I did a small capsule collection project for Justfab and Shoedazzle brands, based in contemporary RTW. I chose to focus on modern workwear as I see it’s making a comeback in the market and on the runway. Within the project I created a moodboard and color story (all-in-one), key trends, key silhouettes, and range plan. I included a variety of different categories to cover knitwear tops, soft woven tops, bottoms, and blazer, fashion denim and cut & sew knit bottoms. My goal in pitching these styles was to bring both brands closer into the contemporary space by pushing more on-trend silhouettes and color mixing, but still providing silhouettes that can comp bestsellers that have a similar look and shape. I didn’t want completely steer away from their volume drivers, but at the same time this is a project that I wanted to represent my fullest potential in where I could steer the design direction. Within the range plan I included style details covering fabric type and weight, construction details, inseam (where applicable) and potential retail price (based on their current pricing structure).
