Case Study: Sportswear Marketing Analysis on Hermès






























While undertaking an MBA program at University of the Arts London, at London College of Fashion, I’ve developed a solid understanding of international business strategies, marketing, finance and operations primarily within the luxury and mid-market spaces. For one of my summative assessments for Fashion Marketing and Consumer Insights I prepared a case study that was primarily focused on the interconnection between luxury brands and the sportswear industry. For this case study, I decided to focus on the luxury maison, Hermès, and it’s deep rooted history in equestrianism. It encompasses my proposed growth trajectory for the brand and how to future proof their brand relevance, increase market share and expand into adjacent sports categories while remaining true to their heritage.
